PokerOffice.com is committed to protecting your right to privacy as a consumer. PokerOffice at no time requests from you any "Personally Identifiable Information" (information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, and phone number). The purpose of this document is to fully expose the identifiable information, explain how it is used, and provide a good understanding of why its needed.

What Information About Your Poker Games Does PokerOffice Gather?

PokerOffice.com collect absolutely no information from your PokerOffice database or any other data associated with your poker games. PokerOffice neither sends nor receives any information about your or anybody else's poker games.

What Information Does PokerOffice Send Across the Internet?

To provide you with all of the services of PokerOffice, PokerOffice.com has tightly integrated Internet capabilities. It is through this integration that PokerOffice is able to automatically download and install new updates of the software. No updates nor any other software will be installed through PokerOffice without your consent. The next section describe the information that is transmitted and how it is used.

Serial Key Logging

Logging occurs when information is sent from the Software to a serial key authorization server. The information sent is: Internet protocol (IP) address of the computer that connected to the server, Software version, Software identification (ID) number and date. Most information is neither unique, nor traceable to your machine. The exception to the rule is the IP address and the Software ID number, both of which are used by the server to identify your connection. This information is required solely to identify illegal use of serial keys. We do this to ensure that no one is using a stolen version of PokerOffice, or that several users use the same serial number at the same time. All this is only to benefit registered users of the Software. The Software ID is constructed from a Globally Unique Identifier (GUID). The ID is generated by PokerOffice, via standard operating system functions, and is only used for verification purposes.

With Whom We Share The Information

PokerOffice.com does not share any of the collected information with any third party. Neither will we do so in the future, unless forced by law for resolving criminal actions.
