My Poker room client freezes after a couple of hands
There is a known software conflict between PokerOffice and a program called Logitech SetPoint (v2.48+). If you have this program installed (most people do not), you need to install and older version of it. Here is a link to the v2.47 which works in combination with PokerOffice.

Where can I download PokerOffice version 2?

I get blank or gray dialog boxes without text, what can be the problem?
Java 2D (the underlaying architecture of PokerOffice) has compatibility issues with the anti-aliasing feature of Radeon graphics cards. In order to see java 2D dialogs the anti-aliasing on a Radeon graphics card MUST be set to Application decides, not a specific anti-aliasing level.

A big thank you to Brian Reich for bringing this to our attention!
How long does it take to get my registration once I have paid
It depends on which payment method you used;
If you paid with credit card (via RegSoft.com), the registration information is sent out immediately once your credit card has been approved by RegSoft.
If you used one of our promotions to get PokerOffice for free you will receive the key within 24 h after you have have completed the requirements and send us the e-mail. See http://www.pokeroffice.com/free.html. Please note that there you might have to wait longer than 24 hours during weekends and holidays.
PokerOffice doesn't update to the new version. I know that there is a new version out but when I click "Check for updates" nothing happens.
PokerOffice's update function uses the web/HTTP. So if you have a firewall you have to tell it to let PokerOffice use HTTP (port 80). If you do not or can not edit your firewall you can always point your webrowser to the address: http://www.pokeroffice.com/update/updateXX.exe and download the update manually - where XX should be exchanged for the version number. Patch v2.16 will for example have the address: http://www.pokeroffice.com/update/update216.exe
I have lost my registration information, what should I do?
You can simply request a resend of your registration keys from RegSoft.com. They have an automatic resend function which is easy to use.
You can also send an e-mail to support@pokeroffice.com. Please remember to include as much information about the order as possible if you send us an email, such as: email address, order number, purchase date, name etc.
Can I backup my database?
Yes you can, simply go to the database menu in PokerOffice and select "Backup database".
Is the feature to have a 4 colored deck supported by PokerOffice?
Yes, it is now supported!
What are the requirements for tracking multiple tables?
To track multiple tables simply open up several poker tables and press the live tracker button. PokerOffice can track up to 8 tables at once and also has the ability to track tables that you are not sitting down at.
Currently you can track:
- 10 tables at the PartyPoker network (EmpirePoker, MultiPoker, etc.)
- 10 tables at the B2B network.
- 8 tables at the Prima network and Ladbrokes.
- 8 tables at PokerStars.
- 8 tables at Pokerroom network
- 8 tables on iPoker network
- 5 table at Pacific Poker
Live Tracker displays "-" in some column and ? as Icon
The "-" in the tables of the Live Tracker occurs when you exceed a specified amount of hands for your own player at the level you are currently tracking live. The default value is 500.
You can easily change this number by opening Performance on the Statistics menu in the live window. Keep in mind that when your database grows big, the calculations for the total statistics of your own player will become quite complex and you may want to exclude this stats for performance reasons. This statistics is also quite redundant to update when playing live and you can always view it in the normal PokerOffice window.
I'm having problems importing hand histories, please advise.
This may be a line wrapping problem. Some mail providers wrap incoming lines too early thereby causing problems with import. Normally you can specify this in your mail settings to turn automatic line wrapping off or to increase the length of rows before being wrapped. If you are uncertain of how do this, send us a mail at support@pokeroffice.com or get in contact with your mail provider.
The best editor to use for saving your hand histories is Notepad. But you have to turn off line wrapping to prevent errors from occurring during the import process. You can turn line wrapping off by going to "Edit" menu option and making sure that the "Word Wrap" option DOES NOT have a check beside it. If it does, click on it to remove the check mark.
