The most likely reason is that PokerOffice can't find your Full Tilt hand histories. Please open Full Tilt and go to Options -> Hand History... and double check that the option Save My Hand Histories is checked. If it is, please double check that the hand histories are indeed stored there.

Please send your PokerOffice log file to
support@pokeroffice.com. You can find the log file at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt. It'd be great if you could write what you have already tried too.
