Happy to hear that most of you have got it to work with the new file. It must have been the compression of the file that the antivirus reacted to (Imo this is a really bad idea of the antivirus company, not everyone want ot use Winzip...).
The other file Injlib.dll, is also flagged as virus/trojan. It is of course not! However we can not change this file in any way, it is not the compression in this case. This file is used for tracking the OnGame poker software. If you do not play there you do not have to care about this file. If you do, you must tell your antivirus program to not tamper with this file. All antivirus software should be able to exclude it and if it can not I strongly recommend you to change to an other better antivirus software, since honestly you will be better off. (A good idea would also be to contact your antivirus company and ask them how to do this since they should know more about their software than we do)
For those that can not get anything to work.. the most 101 solution would be to uninstall both antivirus and PokerOffice. Then reinstall first PokerOffice (replace the pnthandler.dll file) and then install the antivirus software. And whatever you do do not let the antivirus software block/remove/quaranteen any files in PokerOffice (if you do you can not expect PO to work)
Someone asked if pnthandler1-7 could be removed, no they can't.
