No problem Grrrr...

I hope you get things sorted. I was having a bit of fun in my post above..I'm not quite an alcoholic and I don't like bears much.

The info I gave may hopefully lead you to a solution, but it's so much easier to do in practice than it is to write on here.

I should of said in the above...when you have accessed your blue screen and taken down the info - restart by using the reset button on the front of your pc ( or just use the shutdown button and restart normally)

..also, the elimination process using msconfig should be done after a normal reboot and not safe mode.
I suggested trying safe mode above, since other third party drivers and programs will not be running while you're in safe mode. If PO does run ok in safe mode, you can assume that some other software is causing the problem rather than the PO program itself.
