Oh, I understand. The problem is that the hand histories are stored in a folder named after your Username, so they wouldn't be in exactly the same folder.

Are you using MySQL? If so, you would be able to re-install PokerOffice without losing your database. Just save the file called mysql.conf, located in the PokerOffice settings folder before re-installing.


Re-installing the latest patch is always something I recommend in cases like this:

1. Restart your computer (VERY Important)
2. Download and install http://www.pokeroffice.com/update.exe
3. Make sure that you restart the computer when/if prompted
4. Start PO and try again

If you're not using MySLQ or if re-installing the patch didn't work, I'd like you to send your PokerOffice log file to support@pokeroffice.com. You can find the log file at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt.
