I'm having the same issue that everyone else is. I, too, was using AVG as most people with this issue are.
I downloaded and installed another virus scanning program, turned off AVG, and ran a scan to see if this was simply an AVG issue. I am sorry to report that the second virus scanner also determined that the C:\Program Files\PokerOffice\bin\InjLib.dll file was infected, as well as the servicelog.txt file. The second virus scanner is a non-free commecial virus scanner. Based on this information, I have to conclude that this isn't just a problem with AVG.

FYI - Windows XP, and I have installed the latest patch.
