You must add/edit this information manually by going to the tournament tab, right click on the tournament and select "Edit Tournament". It's also possible to import the tournament summary that is provided by Poker Stars, you can request them by going to Requests in the Poker Stars menu and choose Tournament history.
Regarding the missing overlay. Are you able to replay your tournaments before you've manually imported the hand histories?
