The conclusion of what you write is: You need more developers ! As soon as possible !
Otherwise you'll loose many customers and you should know how difficult it is, to get them back.
New features had not been added since several month.
Urgent fixes (like FullTilt) last over many days (without support on weekends)...
Sorry but this is not, what users will pay an anual fee for ....
I liked PO very much until I noticed, that there are many "warm words" for the users, but no development of the software
"Feature requested" seems to be only a headline in this forum without any feedback by the developers.
