Lightbulb still waiting...

well, 16 hours have passed by, and still no reply from the support...
I am waiting for ANSWERS, how(!) this problem with bwin will be solved. Clear answers, clear information about what gets done to make PO work with bwin again, and when it finally will work for all of us. Whenever I reported this problem to the support, I almost got the same answers, that I shall check my settings here and there... though the problem was already there and clearly reported!!! If this wont get solved quick I can just advice everybody to uninstall PO and get PokerTracker installed instead. Of course I prefer PO as the software to be used, but at the moment its just pure crap, and the support is anything but helpful - sorry, I know the main problem is not the support but the IT people behind... but this problem has to be discussed WITH us, since we are the customers that once paid for this software. But like this PO will just get a really bad lobby, and thatīs what it honestly deserves!!!
SO GET US UPDATED DAILY from now on and FIX THAT NEVERENDING PROBLEM!!!!
