I am having this same problem, in addition to others.
I just purchased this program a few days ago after being referred to it by a friend, but I can't get it to work. This is a very frustrating process! I sent a few emails to support and have only received one reply and it did not help.
After installing the program, I entered in my registration code, and am then redirected to an internet site where I get an error message; however, I get a "registration successful please restart the program message". When I close the program, I cannot reopen it. (Same problem as sited in this forum).
Please help or give me my money back so I can get poker tracker again!
