To begin with I'd like to let you know that forum support was down during the Holidays, as mentioned in the sticky thread in the support forum, hence we suggested sending emails to
support@pokeroffice.com.
With that said, I'm very sorry that you're having problems with PokerOffice. It is a fact that we unfortunately have problems with the odds feature of PokerOffice, but the overlay and live analysis windows statistics should still work fine, so if you're having problems with that I need you to send your log file to
support@pokeroffice.com. The log file can be found at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt.
