We haven't heard of ani antivirus programs blocking any of our PokerStars files, so I think your problem is something else. Have you read our PokerStars FAQ thread (in the FAQ section)? If you already have, and still can't get it working, it'd be great if you could send your PokerOffice log file, which you can find at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt, to
support@pokeroffice.com.
