i've done nothing but criticize you guys in the past for being slow to rectify problems, sub-par customer service and so on. all criticism deserved in my opinion.

but poker office 5.5 is fantastic. much quicker, stable, new features and options. it really put a smile on my face. thanks guys for getting it right in a big way. i'll happily use poker office (and now recommend it to friends) for years to come.
