I'm having problems at Ongame, what can I do?
Close PokerOffice and then make sure that these settings are correct:
1. The language needs to be set to English in your client
2. You need to play at the normal-sized tables to get the overlay to work
3. Enable Statistics needs to be checked (found under statistics in the Ongame menu)
4. At least one full column needs to be checked at Options-> Preferences-> Chat in the Ongame client
Multiple live analysis windows pop up for the same table, why is this?
If you're using an Ongame 3d client, which some skins offer, PokerOffice will start nine live analysis windows for the same table. Make sure to download the 2d client and check if there's any difference.
When I'm moved to a new table while playing a multi table tournament, the tracking stops working. How do I solve this?
Unfortunately this is something we can't solve at this time. The reason it happens is that Ongame's hand history logging gets buggy to the point where PokerOffice can't fetch the necessary information when there's a table change.
I can't get the odds to display when playing at Ongame. How do I solve this?
When Ongame changed it so that they displayed their cards as images instead of plain text, our cards detection stopped working and because of this no odds calculations can be made. We will fix this, but since Ongame will release a completely new client on the 9th of May we will not make any improvements until then.
