Default Importing Hand Histories - problems

Q: I'm having problems importing hand histories, please advise.

A: This may be a line wrapping problem. Some mail providers wrap incoming lines too early thereby causing problems with import. Normally you can specify this in your mail settings to turn automatic line wrapping off or to increase the length of rows before being wrapped. If you are uncertain of how do this, send us a mail at support@pokeroffice.com or get in contact with your mail provider.

The best editor to use for saving your hand histories is Notepad. But you have to turn off line wrapping to prevent errors from occurring during the import process. You can turn line wrapping off by going to "Edit" menu option and making sure that the "Word Wrap" option DOES NOT have a check beside it. If it does, click on it to remove the check mark.
