Q: I get blank or gray dialog boxes without text, what can be the problem?

A: Java 2D (the underlaying architecture of PokerOffice) has compatibility issues with the anti-aliasing feature of Radeon graphics cards. In order to see java 2D dialogs the anti-aliasing on a Radeon graphics card MUST be set to Application decides, not a specific anti-aliasing level.

Solution:

Download http://www.pokq.com/files/POSplash.exe, place the file in your PokerOffice folder, and then use the file to start PokerOffice.
