Why doesn't PokerOffice register my tournament winnings?
Most sites do not include tournament winnings or finishing place in their hand histories, hence there is no way for PokerOffice to know this information. You must add/edit this information manually by going to the tournament tab, right click on the tournament and select "Edit Tournament".
If you're playing at PokerStars or Full Tilt Poker it's also possible to import the tournament summaries that are provided by them.
From PokerStars, you can request them by going to Requests in the Poker Stars menu and choose Tournament history. Once you've received the e-mail with the tournament summary you need to copy the text to a notepad document, save the document and then import it into PokerOffice by going File -> Import Hands History.
Full Tilt Poker stores their summaries inside your regular hand history folder, and you can manually import them by going to File -> Import Hands History.
