Why doesn't PokerOffice register my tournament winnings?
Most sites do not include tournament winnings or finishing place in their hand histories, hence there is no way for PokerOffice to know this information. You must add/edit this information manually by going to the tournament tab, right click on the tournament and select "Edit Tournament".
If you're playing at PokerStars it's also possible to import the tournament summary that is provided by them, you can request them by going to Requests in the Poker Stars menu and choose Tournament history.
