Default I'm having problems at Full Tilt poker, what can I do?

Here are a few things you should do if you're having problems getting PokerOffice to work at Full Tilt:

1. Open Full Tilt and go to Options -> Hand History... and make sure that the option Save My Hand Histories is checked. If it is, please locate the stated folder on your hard disk and double check that the hand histories are indeed stored there.

2. Make sure that the language in your client is set to English, you do this from the Full Tilt menu.

3. Make sure that the hand histories are set to English, you do this from Options -> Hand History...

4. If you are using external chat windows you should disable this by going to the Options menu.

5. When sitting at a table, open the options screen and set "Dealer Messages" to "Everything".

To the Windows Vista users that still can't get Poker Office to work on Full Tilt. Please try to right click the file FTPL.exe and run it as administrator, note that you have to start a Full Tilt Poker table before doing this. The FTPL.exe file can be found at C:\Program Files\PokerOffice\bin.
