About a new computer
My computer just broke down and It's at the repair right now, but I'm thinking of getting a laptop to replace my computer.
Now my question is this... Is it possible to use the same key on another computer or do I have to get a new subscription?
Oh my gosh, I just noticed this is in the wrong section. Sorry about that.

Skats - Ive just been looking for the same info.
Support will confirm but I think the answer is yes - thats no problem.
My rider question though is - what if you cant find the original reg key? Is there somewhere I should be looking?
Thanks, Jagster

It's not in the FAQ (!):

Each license grants you to use PokerOffice on two of your own machines, as long as you don't play from them at the same instant in time (hence indicating two users).

If you have access to your PC, go to C:\Program files\PokerOffice\settings and open the reg.key file with notepad.
Alternatively you can send to PokerOffice Support a PM and include the details of your purchase: email address used, payment type, etc.

So if I had to reformat my drive, I'm going to have to use up my key on the same computer right?

Hmm, not sure I'm following. What do you mean with "use up"?

Hmmm...
Like...
Before my computer broke down, I used up one usage of the key, now when I reformat my drive everything on my comp will be gone including PO, which means I'll need to reinstall it, and enter the key again, so If I get a new laptop I won't be able to use the same key for the laptop, since the key has already been entered twice.

Ah, thanks for elaborating. You won't have a problem using the same key again once you buy the laptop since you currently only have it installed on one computer.
