Where did it all go wrong?

I purchased a poker office 2 licence years ago and was very happy with what I got for my 1of payment.I thought poker office 2 was the best poker tracking software on the market by far at that time.
Now they want us pay a yearly subscription for what I think is the worst poker tracking software available.Alot of problems with the software.
How can other programs available get fixes out with in hours,yet poker office 5 takes up to weeks (titan) ?.
A real shame poker office 5 has turned out so bad.

I agree that Pokeroffice Users should be the more patient ones. But i think i will not change tracking Software. Look at the new PO5 features...i dont want to miss them. And playing in the Big Rooms like Pokerstars or FullTilt works fine. (Pokerstars is fixed since yesterday!) And i hope the Fix for Bwin Network will come soon.

I think it is more important to have a quick E-Mail Support, who is HONEST, and the Pokeroffice Support is. I have no Problem with the Pokeroffice Team may be smaller and so need more Time for updates. But i hate getting Standard Answers from People who dont know what they talk about (Titan Poker Support for example)

I'm not in any way, anything to do with the poker office team, or support !!

But as poker players we should all understand about VARIANCE yes ?

Well, the poker office team are experiencing a bad run of VARIANCE right now.

They spent months completely re- writing a new program from scratch !

They added more features than you could shake a stick at !

They genuinely worked their butts off to get the best poker tracking / profiling / odds + outs
program out there !

And just as they released it, all the poker sites decided at that very moment to upgrade the site software, for security / functionality reasons.

Just bad Luck and unfortunate timing.

I know that most users are unhappy, that poker office keeps getting broken by the poker sites updating, and that the fixes are slower than other programs fixes, but I would guess that the developing team is smaller, and there are so many things to work on at the moment, how do they prioritise which is the most important fix to work on first ?

A pokerstars fix, or a Titan fix or an ongame fix, or a fulltilt fix or a bug fix ?
Adding a new site or network ?
Either way one set of players will be annoyed.

All I know is this, I have tried HM and PT, they are good !
But I have a personal preference for Poker office, I like the way it does things, I like the look and feel of it, I like it's features, And I'll stick with it for another year, whilst they struggle to get it right, I'm hopefull that in the end it will be the best of the lot, as poker office 2 was !
