PO v Holdem Manager and PT3
I have been looking at HM over the last week and I am not really impressed with the package. I think the HUD has some good features but probably has two many stats displayed on the popup's. The amount of info available in the default settings might only be be used by the most serious of pro's and when opened covers about 50% of the table.
HM does track some rooms that PO doesn't eg Absolute, UB, Doyles Room but it does not track Ongame unless you buy hand grabber software. It also doesn't have session stats or graphs available for tournaments and it doesn't appear to have buyin and winnings info available for tournaments.
In my opinion PO doesn't have to improve very much in the next version to be way ahead of Holdem Manager. By making a few more stats available as suggested in the Feature Requests and fixing the bugs and adding more poker rooms I think PO will be a far superior product and I will certainly be sticking with it.
As for PT3 you only have to look at Poker Trackers forum to see that they have problems and plenty of unhappy customers.
