Default Po dont start
Hello,
i had install pokeroffice on my laptop.
If i try to start pokeroffice, it doesnt start. It shows me only the initial screen with ( Pokeroffice 2003-2005 all righs are reserved)
I dont know why the programm doesnt start then.
I have Pokeroffice on my first pc and there i have no problems but on my laptop it doesnt go.
Can u help me?

Do you mean that this happened right after installing it? If so, something probably went wrong during the installation, so please try reinstalling:

1. Restart your computer, to get a fresh clean system. (very important)
2. Uninstall PokerOffice via the uninstaller accessed via the Start button->Programs->PokerOffice in Windows.
3. Restart the computer again
4. Use the file browser to look for the folder where you installed PokerOffice. Typically c:/program files/PokerOffice. If it is still there remove the complete folder manually.
5. Download and install http://www.pokeroffice.com/PokerOffice2.exe
6. Start PO and try again

okay i have done it but no change.
The programm doesnt start
Can it be that the reason for my problem is the programm (Anty-Spy).
But it is installed on my pc and on my laptop with same settings .
Do you have another suggestion for me?

You didn't get any warning messages or similar from your antivirus program during the installation? Please go to your PokerOffice folder on your hard disk and open "systemlog.txt". Is the file empty?

It looks like one of the PokerOffice files is missing/blocked (hctrl.dll). Could you please try to find out if your antivirus program is blocking this file? You might also be able to put the whole file path on the safe list: C:\Programme\PokerOffice\bin\hctrl.dll. If you can't manage I'll upload another setup file to our ftp server so that you can try downloading it from there.

I have no idea how to do this.

In some antivirus programs you can add a location to the safe list (varies from software to software though).
