Hi there, I understand if your english isnt good, that makes it hard to explain your problems,
One thing I noticed, you say PO doesnt work on ANY site you tried it on, to me this sounds like the problem is on your end.

Are you sure you set PO up right?

can you tell us ... what part of PO is not working

- exp live tracker , stats , hud display (what piece is not working)
- configuration of pc
- what site you're playing

Like Nilrem sais if it doesnt work on any site ... maybe its a certain option you forget to activate or anything .

Interesting.

I have used both PO and PT before and I have recently bought (but not used) HEM. I always liked PO as I could easily customise the HUD and my autorates.

I have once again bought PO for one main reason - the live tracker.

I was quite horrified to notice that HEM does not track non-sit tables and that you will have to supplement this with a handgrabber/mine tool which is $50. Add to this the threads in various forums about poker clients on the lookout for the handgrabber tool put me off using HEM.

However, I am using Pacific at the moment and I now have to download the older Pacific update for PO to ID it which is a bit of a pain - MODS - any idea when the Pacific client ID will be ready?

EDIT - the older Pacific client wont allow me to play so that rules that out............

I have just re updated my subscription to PO and find it alot easier to set up than the other 2 programs mentioned.
Both pokertracker and HEM use postregsql and this is just too complicatewd for me.
At least with PO it works str8 outta the box.
The only site I am having problems using it on pokerstars and hopefully that will be resolved quickly.

I used Poker Office a few years ago but never renewed my subscription. I came back because I wanted to use it again to try and improve my game. I will just say that I am very disappointed that the price has increased from what it was a few years ago. I will not pay $99 for this program. I believe it was $70 or $75 before and was planning to pay that much... not $99.. sorry PO but you lost this customer.
