Why doesnt PO have a turtorial Video

Simple question,

You can view a tutorial video for Poker Tracker and Holdem manager. It shows you how use the software in real time.

Why haven't the developers of PO done the same thing? All I see is screen shots. Nothing practical.

I've had a few problems with the client, cant get the HUD to work, can import hands from Poker stars, ect ect. I find it fascinating that their are actual reviews of this software that are positive which leads me to believe the reviews I read were actually paid adds by the developers.

If this thing worked like its is supposed to then there wouldn't be so many negative post about the thing PERIOD.

I've poked around here and it may be I have to configure my poker client and poker tracker a certain way however if this was all shown in tutorial videos then there would be and end of probably a majority of the disgruntled post on this forum.

How hard is it to record a person USING the thing in real time on Poker Stars and Full Tilt. Only 200000 potential customers use those sites ever day...

Guess it's a hard thing to expect some type of SUPPORT when this company doesn't even have a CEO
