Hand History Import Problem

I'm having some issues importing hand histories into poker office. I have a small sample of histories in my betmost history folder (ipoker) which i have tried to import, as well as a large database of histories. Poker office successfully imports the files, however at completion come ups "0 hands successfully imported). When i was using the trial version before buying, i had no problems importing these histories (though it capped it at 300 obviously).I wiped the database and reinstalled poker office before entering my product key. I have tried reinstalling poker office again as well, but still cant get any histories.
The live tracker however works fine, and has no problem adding the data it collects to the database. I have opened the histories in XML editor/word pad, and word wrap is not set on.
I have looked through the manual, FAQ, and forums and cant find a fix.
