now i have reinstalled the pokerstars client and chosen english, but it doesn't work

what do you mean with "the downloadable pokerstars version" ?

Likely you haven't installed our latest patch if the problem still exists, if not you can do so by going to http://www.pokeroffice.com/update.exe
