Default awful poker office

Hi, i have constantly had problems with pokr office but have persisted with it, i like the software but now it has come to the point where i am totally pissed of. It has got to the point where as soon as i start poker office it totally crashes on any given site and my computer freezes until i close it. At first i thought it mjight not be a poker office issue but as soon as i close it evething returns to normal. Is there a posibility that i can be refunded as i am not getting a service i paid for and feel hard done by?
Any suggestions welcome

Thanks

could possibly be a dodgy download / install.
I had a similar problem when I first downloaded and installed poker office !
But I re-downloaded it and re-installed it, and since then Poker Office has run as smooth as can be ;0)
It's fast, and light on resources, personaly I love it, can't wait for version 3.
