Something that's always worth trying when this happens is to reinstall the latest patch:
1. Restart your computer (VERY Important)
2. Download and install
http://www.pokeroffice.com/update.exe
3. Make sure that you restart the computer when/if prompted
4. Start PO and try again
Does it work now? If not please send us your latest log.
If there's no change after that I need to have a look at your PokerOffice log file, which you can find at c:/program files/pokeroffice/log/systemlog.txt. Please send it to
support@pokeroffice.com.
