Yeah, a couple of hands and it most likely work ok.. But try playing a couple 100 hands, and then your gonna get tired of closing and reopening ftpl.exe and PO, cause the crap goes loco bananas on you every 10-20 minutes.. And not just for Vista, friends of mine are having the same problem on XP.. If not some miracle happens very soon, PO3 gets atleast given a more presice estimate than "this summer", or they for once manage to give us a patch that actually work, then they're gonna catch me dead before they get their hands on more of my money for this piece of sh*t they call "software"..

Other than following all the steps in the FTP FAQ thread, no, not right away. Would be good if you could send your log file to support@pokerofifce.com

You mean it's nowhere to be found in your bin folder? Not even after reinstalling the patch?

I've answered your email.

I'm sorry to hear that it still doesn't work out for you. I have notified the developers that problems still persist.

How many tables did you play when testing it out?

Since the beta-patch (or how you will call it) is working for me I'm definetly not trying the new patch cause it still seems to cause a lot of problems to others. And since I can use PO with the beta-patch there's no need for me to change anything. I'm running on XP.

And by the way, I definetly want a patch where I DON'T HAVE TO PUT THE DEALER MESSAGE TO EVERYTHING. It's just annoying.

Sorry to say, even with 1 table its still this messed up.. After playing 2 tournaments, total of 4hours or so played, i got to the number of about 330 hands played.. PO on the other hand had only managed to track 240 of them, cause it crashed so often and it took multiple attempts to start it back up. After the tournaments was done i could import the remaining hands manually by the hand history files, but unless i happen to stumble across the atleast some of the same guys again, the stats i had when playing them the first time as at best only partly accurate.

Average of 45 hands lost in a tournament with 160 hands played, close to 1/3 of the hands not being accounted for, that makes the live "tracker" only usable for pot odds, dont it? And lets face it, odds calculators could be gotten in heaps and heaps out there, some even for free, with flashing red lights when you shouldnt call and fireworks when you got the nuts (For Donk-compability) :P

I do understand that your trying your best to fix this, but the lach of following throuh when is really starting to get to people. Still no def. answer as to when PO 3 is gonna be out, several bugs thats been around for ages, same statements from support over and over ("Yes, ill tell the others to fix this"). I guess you understand why your loosing customers by the bucket these few months, right?

After the update, the flashing is still always at the beginning of a table.
And the system works more slowly when the livetracker is working, then before the update. It is not practicable in this Version i think. Im not amused about this situation.

EDIT:
I cant't believe it. The stats are not at my Nick-Name, there is another name in the list. And in the "Alias-List" it is not possible to throw away the wrong Nick-Name. Evers try to change the name at my Nickname goes fail...

And i agree with this: I definetly want a patch where I DON'T HAVE TO PUT THE DEALER MESSAGE TO EVERYTHING.

I'm not sure I understand this correctly, but do you mean that the default player name in PokerOffice it not yours? And when you try to change the default name at Settings -> Preferences it doesn't work?

Yes, thats right. Now, after several efforts, it seems to work. It was happend so directly after the update.
So now i will watch the stats during the next tables and check them.

I will hope that the next updates bring more comfortable, steadiness and makes the system faster. It is running to slowly when Livetracker is working. The refresh for the tabels where are played is unconfortable.

By the way, I got the same problem, The Livetracker is really slowing down the system and makes it nearly impossible to play. And thats only with 4 tables.
