Default Hands import but not facts ie That I Won

I have imported hands from pokerstars.

I have won a few freerolls (fpp buy ins) and straight forwrd freerolls.

NONE of these wins or second placings show up although the hands all do?

Any help would be appreciated.

Poker Stars does not include tournament winnings or finishing place in their hand histories, hence there is no way for PokerOffice to know this information. You must add/edit this information manually by going to the tournament tab, right click on the tournament and select "Edit Tournament". It's also possible to import the tournament summary that is provided by Poker Stars, you can request them by going to Requests in the Poker Stars menu and choose Tournament history.

Full Tilt did start to offer tournament summary files a little while ago, but unfortunately they're not yet supported by PokerOffice, so at this time you will have to edit the tournaments manually.

Any estimate when this "feature" will be available?

I'm afraid not, but what I can tell you is that it's unlikely that support will be added until PokerOffice 5 is out, which it hopefully will be within a month.
