Unable to load Poker Office 2?

I had purchased pokeroffice 1 a couple of years ago and now I'm trying to use it again. I downloaded the version 2, but everytime I click run for the setup I get a message that says "directory C:\Programs\PokerOffice already exists. I deleted all the software from when I used it before and my computer is not showing that folder or dir. I would like to load the new version and purchase another license, but for whatever reason it is saying it already exists. It also said underneath that error message that I might need to just update, I d/l 'd that file and ran it and still nothing, I have none of the existing software on the comp whatsoever I am sure. The only thing on there now with the name PokerOffice is the new setup install for version 2. Any help to resolve this problem would be appreciated, thank you!

It sounds like you still have some PokerOffice files in your registry.

This ought to work:

* close down all processes that PO spwans: javaw.exe, pr.exe, ftpl.exe, scn.exe
* remove all keys from the registry (Start -> Run -> Regedit) under the HKLM\SOFTWARE\PokerOffice\ key (remove the whole key)
* delete all PO files and folders
