Everything has been fixed except for the card detection. Unfortunately this part will be quite difficult to fix due to the fact cards are now shown as graphic.

I still don't get the players stats on the tables when using live tracker, am I missing something?

And it take 2-3 days just to get a answer from the support. use poker tracker. They have a good support and no problem.

Not the correct answer...Pokertracker doesnt offer HUD for Ongame up to now and it can only track
ring games(no tournaments). PO offers complete tracking incl. HUD (as long as it was working).
Of course I'm not satisfied with the current situation either, but when they get it to work again
it will be better than PT regarding Ongame.

It has been fixed by the developers, but the patch has not been release yet, since the card detection doesn't work yet

Thanks

Red face Ongame update

Hi,

the thing I don't understand is why Ongame produces updates that aren't compatible with PO, while several Ongame sites (PokerRoom, Betsson) have a commercial deal with PO. I problably never would've played at betsson if I hadn't been able to get PO for free. If Ongame wants to attract clients through a deal with PO the least they could do is make sure the updates work with PO. By bringing out these updates they are driving away clients that they first attracted with the help of PO. My conclusion: Ongame has little respect for PO as a commercial parner and doesn't realise it is losing money this way. I have been thinking of making a withdrawal and putting my money on another site, where PO does work. I am sure that some people stopped playing or play less.
So instead of being mad at PO think about this for a little while...Is it not Ongame that shows little respect for the players attracted through the deal they have with PO? Is it not a commercialy stupid move by Ongame that is causing these problems?

We hope to be able to get an update for Ongame, PartyPoker and Entraction (B2B) out tomorrow. Please note that the hole card detection will not work initially for Ongame. We'll keep looking into this.
