So fucking bad support. Have also problem whit the ongame. And have wright the problem in 2 message files in this forum, and i still not have get feedback from the support. Thats not good enough!!!

Lightbulb still waiting...

well, 16 hours have passed by, and still no reply from the support...
I am waiting for ANSWERS, how(!) this problem with bwin will be solved. Clear answers, clear information about what gets done to make PO work with bwin again, and when it finally will work for all of us. Whenever I reported this problem to the support, I almost got the same answers, that I shall check my settings here and there... though the problem was already there and clearly reported!!! If this wont get solved quick I can just advice everybody to uninstall PO and get PokerTracker installed instead. Of course I prefer PO as the software to be used, but at the moment its just pure crap, and the support is anything but helpful - sorry, I know the main problem is not the support but the IT people behind... but this problem has to be discussed WITH us, since we are the customers that once paid for this software. But like this PO will just get a really bad lobby, and thatīs what it honestly deserves!!!
SO GET US UPDATED DAILY from now on and FIX THAT NEVERENDING PROBLEM!!!!

I installed the update and tried it at Betsson. It works just fine. I get the table overlay and not the cards, as announced.

Thumbs down still no news...

All I got until today were these two replies by the PO support:

1) rename bwin statistics file... etc

2) we have no answers anymore... developers very busy... will have a look on the problem...

Sounds like another several weeks WITHOUT any solution. GREAT SOFTWARE!!!

I had the same problem - but I solved it this way:

Turn off Avast. Go to the Poker Office directory. Run the 2.50 update again. Reboot. Done!

Sorry, the avatars definitely got nothing to do with the problem PO is facing here. Anyways a) the avatars and b) the reinstallation are two things that have nothing in common. I wish it would have been different.

At the same time I am still waiting for news from the PO support. I was asking for their recommended settings of PO for bwin - letīs see what the answer will be like.

Default Any news?

Today PO's live tracker stopped to work with MTT and SNG with bwin (ongame network).
This morning it was still working with bwin SNG. Strangely I could not test PO with
bwin Cash Games, because cash games did not work at all at the time I am writing this post.

The error message that pops up in PO is:

Settings incorrect in Poker Client!
You need to go to options -> preferences -> chat in your
poker client and make sure that at least one button has
all the boxes checked. If you need more help...

I did not write anything about avatars! I wrote Avast aka. an anti-virus program. Turn off the Avast! program - reinstall the v.2.50 update from the poker office directory - reboot - done!

Avatars - OMFG - read the text!

How shall we know what "Avast" is... only sounded like "Avatars"... anyways that also doesnt help at all. First of all everybody got different Antivirus programs, and what should that have to do with the existing problem? Remember that PO worked very well with Antivirus programs + firewalls etc. before.
All that shows up in the middle of the table are the "Pot Odds", but thats it.
Besides I am still waiting for the reply from the PO support... Iīll keep ya all updated!
But anybody reading this... pls post your problems and/or the detailed settings PO works with at BWIN.
