PD doesnt start anymore

Hi PO support,

after having run PO 3/4 year now it does not start anymore.

However after introducing screen (white Po_Office and relaease) it doesnt load further.
In Vista task manager i cant see the programme running nor any process of po working.

Please give me advice.

Hello,

Did this occur after you installed the newly released patch? If so, please reinstall following these steps:

1. Restart your computer (VERY Important)
2. Download and install http://www.pokeroffice.com/update.exe
3. Make sure that you restart the computer when/if prompted
4. Start PO and try again

Hi there,

i did no reinstall nor any update. My version is still 2.48

If i should reinstall my question is if i need to make a backup of my databases with 100k hands ? How without starting PO?
