Default iPoker problems? Please read this

If you're having problems tracking cash games at iPoker, please try this:

1. Close PokerOffice
2. Open a table
3. Click Chat Options and make sure that Summary is UNCHECKED (the other options should be checked)
4. Try again

Does it work?

We do unfortunately have a problem with iPoker tournaments that will not be solved by following the above steps. We're working with this and will hopefully be able to release a patch soon.

There's no ready fix for the tournament problem I'm afraid.

Unhappy iPoker BetMostPoker

I never had problems with PO at iPoker but since a few weeks back they updated the site with some new features. Po went ballistic since then and so was i. I wanted to remove PO and hoped that it'ld work again after reinstall. But i have a large database and was afraid that my database would be gone when doing this + on other sites it still works perfect. Does this problem occure due to the update and what should i do by your advice?

I still haven't received an update from the developer I was talking to earlier I'm afraid. I'll try to get one when I get a chance.

We've replied to quite a few e-mails regarding keys today so I can't promise anything, but we should have replied. Please let us know if that's not the case.
