Hello,

We do hope to release a fix for Ongame within 2 weeks. This is not set in stone, but hopefully.

Thank you

2 weeks is no good! I've looked round net at forums and other analysis software. Poker office should be a market leader by now not a market dweller!

The HH is now a text file, much easier for processing, have the developers looked at it yet. It can be found in

C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\P5\POKER_CLIENT_NA ME\handhistory.

The files look like this

***** History for hand T5-903265-61 (TOURNAMENT: ) *****
Start hand: Thu Jul 2 03:21:02 GMT+0100 2009
Table: Table #1 [903265] (NO_LIMIT TEXAS_HOLDEM 100/200, TC)
User: kjhkjh7
Button: seat 2
Players in round: 9
Seat 4: casperwolf (4820)
Seat 5: alej_13 (1220)
Seat 6: fabio8622 (545)
Seat 7: Pase29 (500)
Seat 8: kjhkjh7 (1005)
Seat 9: capnnappy (500)
Seat 10: jvideira (580)
Seat 1: fAbdARiCe (5275)
Seat 2: vdthannen04 (555)
casperwolf posts small blind (100)
alej_13 posts big blind (200)
---
Dealing pocket cards
Dealing to kjhkjh7: [8s, 5d]
fabio8622 folds
Pase29 folds
kjhkjh7 folds
capnnappy folds
jvideira folds
fAbdARiCe folds
vdthannen04 folds
casperwolf raises 300 to 400
alej_13 folds
---
Summary:
Main pot: 400 won by casperwolf (400)
Seat 4: casperwolf (5020), net: +200
Seat 5: alej_13 (1020), net: -200
Seat 6: fabio8622 (545)
Seat 7: Pase29 (500)
Seat 8: kjhkjh7 (1005)
Seat 9: capnnappy (500)
Seat 10: jvideira (580)
Seat 1: fAbdARiCe (5275)
Seat 2: vdthannen04 (555)
***** End of hand T5-903265-61 *****
***** History for hand T5-903167-159 (TOURNAMENT: ) *****

I cannot quite understand why it will take weeks to write a procedure for collecting data from this file. I understand it may not be straight forward to draw onto the table but surely we can get the live window running first?

Thamks for your help

this is one reason i switched to holdem manager

updates can take far too long. i was waiting for a year for them to update pacific and then with the full tilt trojan problem with mcafee was the last straw

Any news on when this update will be ready?

Ongame planned this update before December 2008, The first version could be tried in December 2008 on bwin italian site. The main overhaul of the entire network was initiated on 9th June and ran until the 16th of June.

I cannot understand why PO is so far behind on this. Ongame planned this update for over 8 months. The new engine has been available for developers since December 2008. The last site update was 16th June 5 weeks ago! I estimate PO incompetence has cost me at least $5k. If I didn’t have 500k hands in PO database and had not grown so accustomed to using PO I would already be using PT3.

It's been 51/2 weeks since last update on the ongame network. How close are the developers to releasing a patch / update?
