holdem manager works fine with ongame. i can't believe PO still hasn't been fixed after so long

Setup Hodem manager today, works on the ongame network. Checked there forum they seem to offer regular situation updates and timely updates for there software. Configured software took about 20mins but got it exactly how I would like it.

Sorry poker office I need a professional outfit that can deliver and PO has proved time and time again it is not capable of doing this.

Unhappy Bw!n Big problem

First I must apologize for my bad English sorry I'm from Switzerland

my Poker Office Live tracking starts at every 3 seconds a new window .. and it does not collect information ... how can I change ..?
I now made one months break to play with ... today, when I looked again, whether it goes .. opened poker office not more .. I then reinstalled it, and so on but you can not open ..? I thank you for your reply ....

PS: someone who can answer in German, I would be very grateful ..

Hello,

I'm sorry to say that our developers are still working on adding support for the new Ongame client. However just recently we heard that they make good progress in that area and we hope to release a patch within a couple of weeks.

Nearly 4 months later and still no fix, we have been told there will be a fix in 2 weeks every 2 weeks for the past 4 months.

I am sorry but this is taking way too long other poker software like “Hodem Manager” fixed this months ago, and you do not have to pay a year subscription with them. As we pay am expensive subscription with PO, we expect a dedicated team making sure that problems are fixed in a timely manor.

What compensation can we expect from this situation.
