Default Poker Stars DoN

Hi,

i am playing the PS DoN's. I am using PO now for a long time, and it worked except the one time when the PS update came out. Now i have a similar problem.
Before the last update everything was working. Then the PS Update came, and i red here that i only need to use the backup, so i copied the backup and it worked again.

Today i found that PO had an update, so i downloaded it, after restarting my pc i tryed it.
But it didn't work, it showed the live tracker. But the first line of each live tracker window started with "ournament" so i thought that i need to use the updated version of PokerStars.
So i updated PS, so both versions are the actual ones. But now the live tracker doesn't start at all. If i click on new live tracker window manually it tells me "no new poker client window found...."
Sry, for my bad english, its not my mother tongue.

Still hope you are ably to help me, cause i can't play 8 tables liked i used to without an overlay.

Hello,

This is because PokerStars has made multiple updates recently. We did release a patch to fix this. But for some users it is still not working.

Our developers are looking into this. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Please send me a message here if it works again. Cause i dont want to try each update one my own and if it doesn't work i loose money. Normaly you should give the players that play at PS some extratime, cause PO has now been offline quite a few days. And it is seriously anoying, for someone who wants to play poker and earn money with it.

Cause in the last month this happened twice and both times it took a while until it worked again. So i hope you will fix this soon.

Do i actually pay for one year? Cause it seems it isn't working a few weeks. The last time it took you a while until PO worked again. And now it takes even longer.

I want to get what i paid for, and i want it soon.
Please get PO working again.

As I said before i paid for one hole year, and not 11 month or something.

Here are two options now:

1: give me my money back and you will never have problems with me again
2: fix it until the 10th of july.

If you won't use one of these options, i will take action, and tell the hole pokerstrategy community that they should not buy your product, cause if they do they will get:
unfortunately nothing!

And PokerOffice won't have the time frame to do something that you can play on pokerstars, which is btw one of the biggest pokerwebsites.

Think about until the 10th of july, otherwise i will tell the Pokerstrategy Community not to buy PO, and be sure, if i tell them something, they will follow.
