Keeps telling me to renew reg??? maybe someone other than supportcan help???

I have been emailing back and forth with support with no luck or fix. I pd for a new PO5 reg and each time I open PO5 i get a Explorer window that reads:
"If you see this message something is blocking PokerOffice from accessing the Internet.

We would recommend that you open up for PokerOffice in your firewall in order for PokerOffice to validate your license."

And then a popup window saying subcription expired w/ buttons to continue and also a button to renew.

The continue button brings you into the PO5 program but It brings up the same popup when I try to access a live tracker winodw.

The renew license button just birngs me to the PO5 website to pay for a renewal.

Anyone on here no any fix to this??

very easy... even for a beginner

close your pokeroffice, start internet (this was the reason it had been shown to me) and make sure your firewall isn't blocking poker office. Then just restart your pokeroffice and it will run smoothly.

Without running connections this software might not be usefull anyways
