Default Installation problem

Hello,

I'm trying to install PO5 on my other computer but I am unable to do so. It allows me to register and then it tells me to re-start the application. When I do "http://www.pokq.com/announce/firewallmsg.php?" appears in IE with this massage:

"If you see this message something is blocking PokerOffice from accessing the Internet.

We would recommend that you open up for PokerOffice in your firewall in order for PokerOffice to validate your license."

I'm running Windows XP with the windows firewall off. I have Norton 2006 firewall running and I have added the pokeroffice.exe to the exceptions list. Even if I temporarily turn the Norton firewall off, I still get the firewallmsg.php text.

I am connected to a Linksys router if that makes a difference.

Can someone help me with my installation problems? Thanks.

Hello,

This happens when PokerOffice is not allowed to validate a license through our server; however, the validation should still be successfully made through the browser. What happens if you leave the window open and wait for quite some time for PokerOffice to open? I.e. just double-click the icon once and then wait for some time. It never opens at all?

Thanks

REGISTERING
When I register, a window opens up in Firefox (My default browser)

This is the page that opens up (I removed the parameter value from the URL)
http://www.pokeroffice.com/td/sale.php?sn=SomeString

"Thank You for registering
PokerOffice! and etc...."

In PO 5, there is an alert that says "Registration was successful! Please restart the program"

So I close the program down and restart it.

RESTARTING

When I restart I see this URL in Internet Explorer...

http://www.pokq.com/announce/firewallmsg.php?

... which contains this text...

"If you see this message something is blocking PokerOffice from accessing the Internet.

We would recommend that you open up for PokerOffice in your firewall in order for PokerOffice to validate your license."

At the same time I get a PO5 dialog box that starts with "Your subscription has run out." and finishes with two buttons options at the bottom: Continue | Renew License

And, of course, I have no wish to renew since my license is still valid.

Thanks, Scott.
