At least do something with this (adjusting to new poker stars client).

Plz no more answers like, We are working on it, thx.

Kind regards
Lance

Thumbs down Sorry for the inconvenience??

We are sorry for the inconvenience? If you really are sorry for this INCONVENIENCE and the one the first INCONVENIENCE the few months of the this year than I will assume that when our subscriptions expire then you will show your sorrow with adjustments in the subscription rate to Poker Stars players. I willing to bet your sorrow for our INCONVENIENCE is not that great. Fix the problem!

Thumbs down They are pretty much saying.."Up yours, and what are YOU gonna do about it!!??"

I have requested with others several times about an extension in our subscriptions. Poker Office has previously made it very clear that they will NOT be adjusting subscriptions. Unless they have rethought this decision since then (when we had problems late last year/early this year/once more a couple months ago and again now for several weeks.

I play about 98% tournaments, so this renders PokerOffice absolutely useless to me- because THAT is the part of PO that is always "down". I would say of the last 10 months I have probably had about...3.5-4 months of a working PO program MAX. No wonder I'm frustrated that they said "we will not be adjusting subscriptions".

If and when they make the right business move, and realize that customers make the world go round... and RIGHTFULLY extend our subscriptions to compensate for what WE PAID FOR and DID NOT GET... then I would be much more understanding and renew. But at this point I absolutely will not ever renew because of I DID NOT GET ALL of the services I paid for, they have the absolutely poorest customer service policy in the industry.

I agree with the subscribers above regarding the customer service and lack of support from PokerOffice. I bought the software in November and have had more headaches with this software. It would be absolutely foolish to renew with PokerOffice.
