just started using Ladbrokes again after a break and although live tracker can find the tables and the players it is unable to show statistics - everyone is shown as a red man followed by a series of 0's.
i am using XP and everthing was working fine before the break
Can you please send your log file, which you can find at:
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista,

Also include the difficulties you're experiencing as well as at which pokerclient you're experiencing them at.
