Default MySQL with PO5

Is PO5 compatible with the mysql data base? i see nothing in the manual where it says anything about using mysql for your database.

As far as I am aware, PO5 uses a propriatary DB based on Java, not SQL.

Hello,

PokerOffice5 does not use the MySQL database, it uses a quicker database called H2.

Thanks

Is there a way to access this H2 database using an external client? Does the H2 Database run all the time or does it only run with PO5?

It should only run once PokerOffice is running.

Are you interested in making own queeries, etc?

H2 is not better plain and simple.....

it bogs down the Poker office client and sucks resources like crazy

The kind of performance HEM and Poker Tracker 3 get with uploads on databases are by far better than Poker office and H2

Why don't you have a Thread at the 2+2 forum under Poker software where you can get legit feed back and offer solid upgrades and tweaks to your client?
