Default Too many live trackers & Full Tilt Poker...

Since I´ve bought PO I am trying to get the live tracking running with my Full Tilt Client:

a) following the instruction in the forum for adjusting PO & Full Tilt settings
(i.e. FT: language -> ENG, save hand history, chat dealer messages -> everything)
....nothing changed
b) deinstallation of PO and FT followed by installing those again (incl. adjustments see above)
....nothing changed

My OS: Win 2000 SP4
FT Client: (from the .com site) 22.14
PO Version: 5.25

Any help highly appreciated

I had that problem when I first installed FT, then it went away. The only thing I can think that might have changed is replacing the FT preference file, and "unhiding" the directory it is in. Maybe PO couldn't find something it needed. See my post by clicking the link below:

Pot odds on FTP

Maybe that'll help.

I tried your tip but the failure message is still the same. I hope support gets this fast and resolves this.

Please try this.

1. Reinstall Full Tilt Poker
2. Go to C:/ and manually create a folder called FTHH
3. Open Full Tilt Poker and go to Options -> Instant Hand History, and then choose to store your hand histories in the folder you just created. Make sure that Save My Hand History is checked.
4. Open a table, click Options in the top right corner, and then make sure that Dealer Chat is set to Everything.
5. Restart the Full Tilt Poker client and then start PokerOffice

Does it work now?

Thanks

that worked nice for me... perhaps it helps at your end aswell
