Problem with livetracker on pokerstars

Hi. im having problems with my pokeroffice livetracker when i play @ pokerstars. it runs the first han as it should and after that it just freezes and nothing happens, ive already sent you two emails but havnet gotten any response, hopefully i wont have the same experience here. What can YOU dou to fix this?

Hi support you seem to have quite a few threads asking about solutions to a problem with pokerstars.
To each thread you ask for the log to be emailed to you and an explanation of the problem.
All the problems seem to be the same.
With live tracker open whilst playing on a poker stars table the live tracker window freezes after the first hand, no pot odds etc in the lower window and no player statistics in the upper window.
I have the same problem and I am running windows vista.
Isn't it about time you at least posted some sort of explanation in this forum rather than making us jump thru hoops to solve problems.

Same answer to the same question over and over.

I have been a fan of PokerOffice For a while now But Support does seem to be broken hope they get it fixed soon

I am having the same problem.
When I start a game at Pokerstars my Live Tracker window opens and show only the lower window. The statistics in the upper window remains blank even the lower window updates all hands in the table.

There was a pokerstars update today, must have broken livetracker. I'm having the same problem.

But it's no general problem with Pokerstars. PO works finde for me since 2 weeks. Windows7, 64bit

I rebooted and it seemed to have fixed the problem. Possibly the database service had errored out or stopped. Those having problems may try it.

Well I just reloaded pokerstars and it updated itself, but it has not made any difference to poker office for me,

check the lanuage of your pokersoftware? i had the same problem with partypoker but only if i use the german version. live tracker only works with an english version.
