Default problems validating PO5

Hello.

First, sorry for my poor english

I've purchased a new license for pokeroffice 5. I Have an email with RegSoft serial and key.

I had problems with the registration procedure, because PO5 allways opened a popup message on InternetExplorer that said:

"If you see this message something is blocking PokerOffice from accessing the Internet.
We would recommend that you open up for PokerOffice in your firewall in order for PokerOffice to validate your license."

Although I never got any warning popups from the firewall, as you normally get when it's blocking a program, I tried opening up for PO5. I also tried disabling the firewall completely, but nothing helped.

I tried unnistall and reinstall PO5 several times, but the warning popup still appear after I enter the registration serial and code.

And now, in the last reinstall PO5 doesn't allow me enter the key (disabled register button)

I hope you help me as soon as you can. I also sent to support team a private message.

Thanks

Hey,

Can you please send your log file, which you can find at:
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista,
to support@pokeroffice.com

Also include the difficulties you're experiencing as well as at which pokerclient you're experiencing them at.

Thanks!
