live tracker cash games ftp

Hello,
I play on FTP and in Tournaments the Live Tracker works fine.
If i play a 9 handed Ring Cash Game from about 50 Hands only a few was tracked.
The Hands were NOT tracked in a row.
Please help me!

Can you please send your log file, which you can find at:
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista,
to support@pokeroffice.com

Also include the difficulties you're experiencing as well as at which pokerclient you're experiencing them at.
