Problem with Live Tracker on PokerStars

Hii,, when I starting play Live Tracker is open, but next hand isnt refresh. And also I dont see information about other players on Live tracker and in main program too. What is wrong?? thx

Can you please send your log file, which you can find at:
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista,
to support@pokeroffice.com

Also include the difficulties you're experiencing as well as at which pokerclient you're experiencing them at.
