Default Too many live trackers with FullTilt Poker

Hello, I 've the problem of the too many live trackers with FullTilt Poker

Using PokerOffice 5.28 on
Windows XP SP2

I've followed all the steps given in other threads and nothing change.

1. Open Full Tilt and go to Options -> Hand History... and make sure that the option Save My Hand Histories is checked. If it is, please locate the stated folder on your hard disk and double check that the hand histories are indeed stored there.
2. Make sure that the language in your client is set to English
3. Make sure that the hand histories are set to English,
4. If you are using external chat windows you should disable this
5. When sitting at a table, set "Dealer Messages" to "Everything".

I've changed the hand history to the folder I created: C:\FTHH

There is a solution?
Can please the suport staff give me a solution?
Thanks in advance,

Hey,

Can you please send your log file, which you can find at:
- C:/documents and settings/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows XP
- Users/<username>/PokerOffice/log/pokeroffice.log if you're using Windows Vista,
to support@pokeroffice.com

Also include the difficulties you're experiencing as well as at which pokerclient you're experiencing them at.

Thanks!
